OBJECTIVES FOR THE FEMALE FOOTBALL

The main objectives of FIFA's women's football development programs are:

• Ensure that all women and girls who want to play football have opportunities to do so.

• To help member associations to overcome the main challenges of the development of women's football.

• Create opportunities for women, both on and off the field.

• Involve more exjugadoras.

• Have more elite trainers.

• Contribute to the creation of sustainable professional competitions at the national and confederation levels at different levels.

• Progressively improving the quality, organization and dissemination of FIFA women's football competitions.

• Promote the promotion and marketing of women's football at all levels to increase participation, build loyalty to the public and attract potential sponsors.
